Tahini Cacao Balls

These easy to make balls are a great snack for when you’re feeling overwhelmed and on-the-go. Cacao is one of the richest sources of magnesium, known as the stress-busting mineral. Cashews will also help you stay calm as they contain pre-cursors to serotonin. They are also packed with protein and low on sugar.


  • 30 grams of cashews
  • 1 date
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 heaped tbsp raw cacao
  • 30g sun warrior protein
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds


Whizz together the tahini and cashews. Add the remaining ingredients and blitz until smooth. Finally add the melted coconut oil and give it one final mix. Roll into balls and coat with sesame seeds.
