Packed with stress lowering magnesium (from the raw cacao) blueberries for a hit of dopamine plus maca for energy, this will keep you feeling calm, focused and alert.
- 2 tablespoons of raw cacao
- 1 cup of non dairy milk ( oat milk, almond milk or Rude Health's Coconut Drink)
- 1 tablespoon of maca (or Sun Warrior protein powder)
- 1 handful of blueberries
- 1 or two drops of stevia
Simply blend ingredients on high for two minutes.
