Almond Butter Milkshake

‘This is an utterly delicious healthy alternative to a milkshake. You could also try with different types of nut butters to give different flavours. Blend up and enjoy!’


  • 3tbsp white almond butter (or normal)
  • 250ml brown rice milk
  • 50g banana
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • Small pinch fresh nutmeg
  • 1 tsp melted coconut oil


  • 1 scoop of your vegan protein powder ( Sun warrior)


Put all ingredients into a blender and wiz up until smooth
