Almond Butter Milkshake

‘This is an utterly delicious healthy alternative to a milkshake. You could also try with different types of nut butters to give different flavours. Blend up and enjoy!’
- 3tbsp white almond butter (or normal)
- 250ml brown rice milk
- 50g banana
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- Small pinch fresh nutmeg
- 1 tsp melted coconut oil
- 1 scoop of your vegan protein powder ( Sun warrior)
Put all ingredients into a blender and wiz up until smooth
