As a Nutritional Therapist (Dip ION) I work with both children and adults to optimise their health through diet and lifestyle medicine.
For some clients it might be uncovering key minerals they are missing (through lab tests) for others it’s creating a food program that fits in with their busy schedule and stops them craving sugar. Here are some of the key areas I cover:
- Digestive Issues
- Hormonal Imbalance
- Weight Loss
- Stress and Sleep problems
- Pre and Post-Natal Nutrition
- Children’s Health

I am currently available for Skype or Telephone appointments and will resume seeing clients one-on-one at Bodyism in Notting Hill when the club reopens.
A one hour consultation costs £135 which includes detailed follow up notes, meal plans and recipes. Clients are also free to contact me with any questions between appointments.
I also run corporate workshops based on building resilience through food and lifestyle changes, one-on-one sessions aimed at fussy eaters and healthy toddler food workshops.
‘It was amazing to get to know Laura during this lockdown! My main goal was to lose weight. I also had concerns such as back acne, and sugar cravings. After taking down details of my routine and life style, she gave me meal plans that were easy to follow and enjoyable to cook. I am happy to say that I lost between 1 to 2 kgs each week and surprisingly my back acne improved. My husband is also following my meal plan and has lost even more weight than me!’ Naomi Welsh, UK
‘Laura has taught me so much in our sessions and I really appreciate all the notes and recipes and knowledge.’ Erin Riddell, NZ
‘My pregnancy so far has been going wonderfully, I don’t doubt that I have Laura to thank for a big chunk of it. I always look forward to our sessions and the new advice, research and yummy recipes she has in store for me! On a separate note, I must also add my anxiety, skin and tiredness have all radically improved since following Laura’s advice. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.’ Alice College, UK.
I completed my 4 year diploma with the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in Richmond, London.
I continue to increase my expertise and keep abreast of the ever evolving research in this area through short courses and summits. Continued Professional Development (CPD) points have been received for courses in Children’s Nutrition and Pre and Post Natal Diets (ION) as well as courses on the best tests and approaches for digestive issues like SIBO.
I also draw on my many years of research as a health journalist, with articles published in The Sunday Times, The Daily Mail and Women’s Health Magazine.
