Nutrition Consultations
As a Nutritional Therapist (Dip ION) I work with both children and adults to optimise their health through food, supplements and sustainable lifestyle changes.
For some clients it might be getting to the bottom of an ongoing digestive issue, for others it’s creating a two week meal plan that fits in with their busy schedule and stops them craving sugar. Here are some of the key areas I cover:
- Weight Loss
- Digestive Issues
- Hormonal Imbalance
- Recurring Urinary Tract Infections
- Stress and Sleep problems
- Pre and Post-Natal Nutrition
- Children’s Health

I am now based in Perth, Western Australia but am still seeing UK clients via Zoom or phone appointments.
For Perth clients who would like to see me in person I consult from Floralia Wellness in Chelsea Village, Nedlands, between 8-12pm Tuesdays.
I also run corporate workshops based on issues such as building resilience through food as well as boosting gut and immune health. Some of the companies I have worked for include Dropbox and WarnerMedia. I also run small group session on weaning and tips for fussy eaters.

-
Dutch Hormone test for stress and sex hormone analysis
-
GI MAP stool test for digestive issues including children
-
OAT and GPL TOX test for candida, mould and environmental toxins
-
KBMO food inflammation test for allergies
Testimonials:
‘My main goal was to lose weight. I also had concerns such as back acne, and sugar cravings. After taking down details of my routine and life style, she gave me meal plans that were easy to follow and enjoyable to cook. I am happy to say that I lost between 1 to 2 kgs each week and surprisingly my back acne improved. My husband is also following my meal plan and has lost even more weight than me!’ Naomi Welsh, UK
‘Laura’s recommendations are based on research and are very specific. I can honestly say I have more energy now than I have had in years after just a few short weeks.’ Cliodhna, UK
‘Laura has taught me so much in our sessions and I really appreciate all the notes and recipes and knowledge.’ Erin Riddell, NZ
‘My pregnancy so far has been going wonderfully, I don’t doubt that I have Laura to thank for a big chunk of it. I always look forward to our sessions and the new advice, research and yummy recipes she has in store for me! On a separate note, I must also add my anxiety, skin and tiredness have all radically improved since following Laura’s advice. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.’ Alice College, UK.
